Wash your hands
How to Care for your Piercing
Keep your new piercing clean at all times. Wash your hands thoroughly every time before you touch or rinse your piercing. Use saline solution to rinse your piercing at least 3 times a day. You can even soak your piercing in it for 1-2 minutes once or twice a day. Please keep the area dry at all time. You may use a hair dryer on cool setting to dry the area and use q-tips to clean it afterwards. Tighten your stud/ball every now and then by screwing it clockwise (threaded jewelry only) to prevent your jewelry from falling off.
Only rinse your piercing with saline solution or sea salt
Don't use bacteria ointments
Sleep on a travel pillow after ear piercings
Avoid touching your new piercing
Avoid turning your piercing
